The Gabrielle Stravelli Quintet
For their debut at The Concorde Club, The Gabrielle Stravelli Quintet will present an adventurous set of songs from jazz, pop, the American Songbook and more.
Gabrielle specializes in presenting rarely heard gems from the jazz rep, alongside her original lyrics to existing melodies and instrumental solos.
Gabrielle will lead the group with saxophonist Tim Armacost - the pair discovered an instant chemistry when they first played at the renowned Providencia Jazz Festival in Chile in 2019. with Gabrielle's voice and Tim's sax blending seamlessly, they make a formidable front line for their hard-hitting quintet featuring New York-based pianist Art Hirahara and bassist Pat O'Leary and UK-based drummer Mark Taylor.

Gabrielle headlined the 2025 Battersea Jazz Festival in London and in 2024, made her Carnegie Hall debut with the New York Pops Orchestra and released her fifth album, Beautiful Moons Ago.
Gabrielle has collaborated with world-renowned jazz pianist Fred Hersch three times and toured the U.S. premiering "Abyssinian" with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. As a U.S. State Department "Jazz Ambassador" since 2015, she has performed and taught throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America.
