Covering every era of Bowie’s chameleonic career from Life On Mars? all the way through to Where Are We Now?, The Seat With The Clearest View is an astonishing album that will melt the hearts of Bowie fans the world over.
“Although numerous artists have interpreted David’s songs over the years, only a handful have ever truly left their own indelible stamp on them,” explains David Bowie’s former publicist Jonathan Wingate. “I was mesmerised when I heard The Seat With The Clearest View for the first time. Oliver Darley and Chad Lelong have somehow managed to cover completely uncharted musical terrain with these songs, so they’re reassuringly familiar and yet utterly unlike anything fans would ever expect.”
