Swedish musical sensation Gunhild Carling is an internationally acclaimed superstar whose show is a can’t-miss event! Whether she’s singing favorite swinging jazz standards, playing one of many 11 instruments (trumpet, trombone, harmonica, oboe, harp, flute, recorder, or jazz bagpipe!) or juggling and tap dancing, Gunhild’s sublime showmanship shines. Carling competed as a celebrity dancer in Let’s Dance 2014 on TV4 placing third. Was also on Sweden’s Dancing with The Stars. Gunhild performed for Sweden’s Got Talent in 2017 and on America’s Got Talent season 2019.
She performed with her 'Carling Big Band' at the Royal Palace in Stockholm in the celebration for King Carl XVI Gustaf's Ruby Jubilee. Performing such great memorable vintage songs such as "Minnie the Moocher," "Sweet Georgia Brown," "All of Me," "It Had to Be You," and an endless repertoire of songs, Gunhild masterfully takes you back to another era like a time machine.
Between Touring with her own band, she performs in several configurations from solo to orchestra to symphony and as a featured singer and multi-instrumentalist in several of Postmodern Jukebox's songs, including a 1920s jazz swing version of "Material Girl", and a 1920s hot jazz cover of ABBA's "Dancing Queen”. Gunhild Carling keeps serenading audiences in the US and all around the world today. She has over 3 million views from social media earning her a silver award from You Tube.

The in-demand sextet average 300 shows a year and have worked with Van Morrison, Keely Smith and performed for Her Majesty the Queen. They headlined and sold-out the Royal Albert Hall and thousands of festivals, theatres, dance halls, etc, in 35 countries, including Buckingham Palace for the Coronation Festival, Trafalgar Square for the Olympics and major theatre tours in the USA.
The new albums "Diggin' The Roots Vol.1 Rockin' Rhythm & Blues" and "Vol.2: Hot Jazz" are a journey into the two branches of music that makes up the Jive Aces signature sound, proving that vintage music is very much timelessly classic.
Their performance at the 2015 Glastonbury Festival was listed by the Daily Telegraph as one of the festivals highlights.
The Jive Aces wowed the judges on Britain’s Got Talent with their show-stopping version of I Wanna Be Like You, which famously cheered up a grumpy Simon Cowell. Their BGT appearances have been seen by over 20 million.
Their most popular music video, Bring Me Sunshine, is a viral hit with well over 3 million views on Youtube and has won seven film festival awards. It is so uplifting that it has actually been prescribed by a doctor!
They’ve made hundreds of media appearances, including a residency on BBC Radio London and TV shows such as The Alan Titchmarsh Show, Strictly Come Dancing, Children in Need and Good Day Los Angeles.
