Eddie Gripper Trio

Join pianist Eddie Gripper and his trio – featuring Clem Sayor on double bass and Patrick Barrett-Donlon on drums – as they bring to life a brand-new set of music from of his upcoming studio album.

A stylistic follow-up to Gripper’s acclaimed debut Home, which had "already garnered comparisons with the greats" (Jazzwise) this new material was written in the wake of its release and tells the story of an 8,000km hitchhiking journey from Alaska to California. Composed with just a manuscript pad and pencil in hand, the music paints vivid sonic landscapes and captures the spirit of a truly unforgettable adventure across the North American continent.

Expect rich storytelling, featuring moments of both excitement and reflection, all delivered with the trio’s trademark sensitivity and interplay.
