ADGER BROWN
Introducing one of the South's leading and most sought after mainstream comedians. A veteran of the after-dinner circuit and a consummate professional. He has performed with many sports stars and celebrities at events up and down the country. Now in his 30th year in show-business, Adger works mainly on the Corporate and Sporting dinner circuit along with Corporate and Charity Golf Days. He is an active member of The Variety Club Golfing Society, A Barker with The Variety Club of Great Britain and a proud member of the Grand Order of Water Rats.
TANK SHERMAN
After wasting 12 years at school, Graham left with 2 'D' passes. English Literature and English Language. (12 years to prove he was just about English !!)
He now faced the real world. What was he to do?
He knew he could make people laugh and his heroes were the great comedians that graced our TV screens in the 60's and 70's....
So he got a job selling Ball Bearings in Exeter and whilst on holiday in Weymouth, entered a talent contest - which he won. That may sound good, but the other contestants were a One Legged Tap Dancer (who was suffering from an ingrown toenail) and a secretary who had learnt to sing in short-hand!
But he had the bug, he knew that making people smile and laugh was his chosen career, and after a few years Graham (real name) had started to perform as . . . . TANK SHERMAN.
His big break came many years ago when Jethro, the Cornish Legend, asked him to perform at his club.
Tank has had a great career (so far) working all over the UK and Europe, on Cruise Ships and resorts across the globe.
He also performed at the Ossmington Premature Ejaculation Club Annual Ball where he had the audience of zero!! Apparently they had come the day before!!
Another of Tanks pet hates are acts that thinks a joke or a funny story needs a swear word and foul language to make it funnier. It doesn't. End of!
(Unless he gets sworn at. Tank knows more swear words than most people!! ) 🙂

1981 to 2019 - very busy with the best job in the world !!
2020 - LOCKDOWN 1 and 2!! A strange new world, but lots of space for laughter !!! A very sad period with my wife Julia and I losing parents, cousins, Uncles and close friends 🙁
2021 - LOCKDOWN, then a slow return to an entertainers way of life 🙂
