For meetings, events and conferences, The Concorde offers day and overnight delegate packages. We are always happy to tailor our services to your exact requirements, so we encourage you to use the packages below only as a guide.
All of our rates include complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking for up to 200 delegates.
Day Delegate Package from £30 (inc VAT) (Minimum number of delegates - 20)
- Room hire
- Delegate stationery
- Water
- Flip chart and pens
- Data projection and screen
- Unlimited Tea & Coffee throughout day
- Danish pastries on arrival and cake in the afternoon
- Finger buffet lunch
- Confectionary basket
- Fresh Fruit Basket throughout day
- PA system
Residential Delegate Package from £135 (inc VAT)
Includes all of the above, plus the following:
- Two-course dinner
- Overnight accommodation
- Full English breakfast
Room hire only
We also offer half or full day room hire, providing a flexible and cost-effective way to host your meeting or event.
Green Room
- Half day £150 plus VAT
- Full day £250 plus VAT
Main Room
- Half day £300 plus VAT
- Full day £450 plus VAT
If you’d like specific catering arrangements, our team will be happy to help.
We can also assist with any finishing touches. From room styling, team-building games and outdoor events to live music and entertainment, we're on hand to make your event truly memorable.
