The Perfect Space

At The Concorde, we offer a range of impressive spaces to mark any occasion in style. 

The Main Room is an elegant, contemporary venue, accommodating up to 220 guests with a beautiful light and airy dining area, private bar, flexible staging, a large dance floor and a first-class PA system – perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, christenings and other occasions.

The Green Room is ideal for more intimate gatherings, with space for up to 50 guests and a private entrance, cloakroom facilities and a well-equipped bar.

The Moldy Fig captures the unrivalled jazz heritage of The Concorde, and its picture-adorned walls tell the fascinating story of The Concorde's unique history and the famous musicians who have performed here. With its rich wooden floors, comfy couches, cosy bar and welcoming dining space, it’s an ideal venue for a celebration with a difference for up to 100 guests. The Fig also boasts a beautiful woodland terrace and riverside patio, so if the weather is fine, you can enjoy drinks and canapés al fresco!

The gardens at The Concorde offer the perfect backdrop for a marquee reception and barbecue. Our light and airy marquee can hold up to 200 guests and provides a perfect blank canvas to create something truly unique.

Whichever space you decide on, all are flexible to accommodate different dining, entertainment and styling options, and are available to hire seven days a week, both in the day and in the evening.

Tucked away from Southampton's bustling city centre, The Concorde is located in a tranquil setting, adjacent to the Lakeside Country Park, with ample free parking for more than 200 cars. At less than half a mile from junction 5 of the M27, two miles from Southampton Airport and Parkway Rail station, and only five miles from Southampton Central railway station, we are ideally placed.
