Shop Terms and Conditions

These are our terms and conditions. You should read them with care.

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms on which THE CONCORDE (“we” or “us”) supplies any of the tickets (“Tickets”) listed on our website www.theconcordeclub.com  (“our site”) to you.  Please read these terms carefully before ordering any Tickets from our site – they are the only terms applying to the sale of Tickets and contain all the terms of agreements for the purchase of Tickets.  By ordering any Tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You should print a copy of these terms for future reference.
Please check the box when ordering to indicate you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to order any Tickets from our site.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

1.1 www.theconcordeclub.com  is a site operated by THE CONCORDE (“we”)

2. YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:
(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b) You are at least 18 years old; (although some events do have a higher minimum age)
(c) You accept the dress code as stated for individual events

3. OUR STATUS

3.1 We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not.  We cannot give any undertaking, that products you purchase from Event operators or other third party sellers through our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are DISCLAIMED by us absolutely.  This DISCLAIMER does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller.  We will notify you when a third party is involved in a transaction, and we may disclose your customer information related to that transaction to Event operators.

3.2 Tickets remain the property of Event operators and are personal revocable licenses which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time where an Event operator considers it necessary having regard to the safety of the people attending an Event or others’ enjoyment of an Event or the proper operation of the Event.

3.3 Tickets are sold by our site for personal use only and may not be resold.

4. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

4.4 Most of our events are e-ticketed which means your email confirmation is sufficient for you to gain entry to the event.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.1 The price of any Tickets will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. The price comprises the face value of the Ticket and our booking fee.

5.2 Our prices include VAT where applicable.

5.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation.

5.4 Our site contains a large number of Tickets and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Tickets listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.  We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Ticket's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Ticket to you.  If a Ticket’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Ticket, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

5.5 We are under no obligation to provide the eTicket to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Booking Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

5.6 Payment for all Tickets must be by credit or debit card.  We accept payment with Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron

6. OUR REFUNDS POLICY

6.1 We regret that Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the scheduled service or event is cancelled.
If an event is cancelled, you will be offered tickets to any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the Tickets or, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or it is not rescheduled, a full refund of the price you paid. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to The Concorde Club, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9HQ

6.2 You must enclose your unused eTickets and this must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled event. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. OUR LIABILITY

7.1 Our liability in connection with any Ticket purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Ticket.

7.2 This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other act or omission or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.

7.3 We accept no liability for any losses which we cannot reasonably foresee at the time of making a sale of a Ticket, or for business losses.

8. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing.  When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic.  We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website.

9. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS

9.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms from time to time.

9.2 Your purchase of Tickets will be subject to the terms in force at the time that you place an order with us.
