Coming to terms with the loss of a loved one is something we all experience at some stage in our lives. As well as coping with the grief there is the additional burden of arranging refreshments for family and friends at short notice.

Professionalism & Experience
The Concorde Club has vast experience in providing catering and facilities for funeral receptions and wakes.. 

Located a short distance from Southampton Crematorium the Concorde offers a sympathetic venue and discreet staff whatever your requirements.

From a simple buffet to a full wake or just somewhere to reflect with family and friends we will endeavour to provide a fitting occasion to ensure that your loved one will be remembered with dignity, but without the fuss and formality.

If you would like to share special memories with your guests the Club offers the facility to project photos via CD, DVD, PowerPoint or Video on to a screen at no extra charge. We also offer the facility to play any special CDs and have a grand piano available for professional musical interludes (small charge).

Main Club
We can accommodate up to 400 reception style (standing) and up to 220 for a seated finger buffet with bar facilities in the room.

Green Room
For a more intimate reception the Green Room is ideal for up to 50 people. The room is separate to the main club and has its own bar and cloakroom facilities.

The terrace, decking and gardens offer al fresco dining during the spring and summer months.

Ellington Lodge Hotel 
 If you are travelling from outside the area and require overnight accommodation we have an on-site three star hotel.

The Concorde Club is ideally placed at Junction 5 of the M27, near, Parkway Railway Station and Southampton International Airport with ample free parking for over 200 cars.
